The Linear Amp UK Discovery 6 utilises a single Russian GS35 triode and will produce up to 1500 Watts output with 100W of drive.

Silver Plated Pi-L output network.

The unit uses a 2.2kVA toroidal transformer with a high power voltage doubler HT board. 

Control and protection circuits are all provided by the specially designed control board. 

The cooling is via an integral centrifugal fan.

Quiet changeover relays, anode protection, grid overdrive trip, auto soft start and in-built 3 minute warm-up timer are standard features.

Full output can be maintained all day long for EME, Data Modes and contest operation.

NOTE; We can also build this unit fitted with a 3CX1500A7 (8877) valve fitted at extra cost. The higher gain of the valve gives lower drive requirements and potentially about 1800W max output. Please call to discuss.
